1. DELIVERY

Delivery is available across Trinidad and Tobago, subject to location and product availability.

Delivery times may vary depending on the item ordered, supplier processing, and the customer's location.

Once payment is received, customers will be given the available delivery timeframe for their order.

2. STANDARD DELIVERY

Standard delivery timeframes will be communicated based on the specific product ordered.

Where a product listing states a delivery timeframe, that timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on circumstances affecting delivery.

3. URGENT DELIVERY

Urgent delivery is available for an additional $150.00.

Customers requiring urgent delivery should contact Xcution Products before placing their order to confirm whether urgent delivery is available for their specific item and location.

Urgent delivery cannot be guaranteed unless it has been confirmed by Xcution Products.

The additional $150.00 urgent delivery fee applies on top of the regular product and delivery costs where applicable.

4. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact information.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays.

If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect information provided by the customer, additional arrangements or charges may be required.

5. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If there is a significant delay affecting an order, we will provide the customer with an update when possible.

6. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery location.

Customers may be asked to confirm receipt of their item upon delivery.
